1.Smoke-free: Temperature of workspace remains in the range of 220-250℃, and the heating tubes are vertically arranged . In this way, the dropped oil will directly fall into the bottom oil tray without any contact with the heat source. Thus avoiding the generation of smoke which cause the conformation of PAH(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), the worst hazardous substance during barbeque.

2. Fat reduction: Vertical framework design exhaust superfluous fat from foodstuff and control fat rate effectively. This helps to remain the delicious taste while getting rid of unhealthy factors.

3.Safer materials: As material touching foodstuff, we adopt stainless steel #304 for matching food standard. As the most widely used food machine material all over the world, it is safe, green and recyclable.
